Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Refund

Our refund policy applies only to products in the same condition that you received them: unused, unopened, undamaged, with tags, and in their original packaging. This applies to all our products, including pre-built keyboards, barebone kits, switches, keycaps, keyboard accessories (cables, mousepads), mice, and headsets. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@themaskedstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If your refund is still pending 7 days after your request, please update us. For any return questions, contact us at support@themaskedstudio.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for defects.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Fees

· All refunds will incur prevailing payment processing charges.

For credit or debit card payments, the charges are 3.3% for Singapore customers and 3.7% for international customers.

Payments made in currencies other than Singapore Dollars (SGD) will be subject to a 2% currency conversion fee.

Non-Refundable Items

· Any attempt to misuse or abuse our system will not be refunded.

· Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
